Essay Topics for Brief History Lesson
Macbeth is an example of a descriptive essay topic, and it is a very different essay topic from the informative one. It is actually possible to do both Macbeth and other informational essays on the same topic, as long as you don't use the same types of sentences, but only slightly different.
The way I do my Macbeth essay topics is to start with a short description of the character of Macbeth, who is in some sense the central figure of the play. He is a criminal. He has brought the attention of the King's council to his sister, he has caused a murder, and he has been hanged for it.
Next, I describe the body language of Macbeth, and how it is consistent with the rest of the play. I make sure to always take into account the likely reaction to my Macbeth essay topics. I must make sure that the reader will recognize in the play an element which they have never seen in their own characters, or in any play they have ever read.
